I’m Julie and I am excited to be your yoga teacher and personal fitness trainer! Together we will work on creating a plan that will help you to tap into your fullest potential of health and vitality.
Whether that’s being able to play outside with your kids, get in shape so that you feel strong, or just maintain over all wellness to reduce stress & relieve tension. Your well-being is important and its time to put yourself first!
